Our Values: Lead \& Inspire Commit to Win Driven to Deliver Excellence Customer Obsession One Curaleaf We offer On\-site Parking Private health insurance \- extended to the direct family with 25€ paid by employee per person 25 days off pro rota in addition you will receive as extra birthdays off, well being day and 24th December Quarterly bonus \- at the discretion of the company Company events and team buildings every semester Meal allowance \- per working day paid on a meal card Main Responsibilities * Quality Culture: Actively promote and build a robust compliance culture across the Alcochete site. * Documentation Management: Act as the Documentation Controller, ensuring all SOPs, Work Instructions, and logbooks are traceable, retrievable, and updated. * Batch Review: Lead the review of batch documentation following Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and internal company policies. * QMS Oversight: Deploy and monitor Deviations, Change Controls, CAPAs, and Risk Management reports. * Audits \& Inspections: Conduct internal self\-inspections and provide critical support during external regulatory inspections. * Training: Deliver essential quality training to the wider team to ensure operational excellence. Requirements * Education: University degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Quality Management, or a similar field. * Experience: Previous experience in Quality Assurance within the Pharmaceutical or Cannabis industry is highly preferred. * Skills: * Fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential for collaboration with our international teams. * Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and organizational skills. * A pro\-active, empathetic, and multitasking mindset. * Ability to communicate effectively across different functional and cultural backgrounds.
