### **A Snapshot of Your Day:**
You start your day with a clear purpose: ensuring that quality is not just compliant—but embedded, effective, and enabling across Siemens Energy. As part of the Quality Management Center of Excellence, you operate within a global governance framework that safeguards business continuity while supporting transformation and operational excellence.
Your role combines system stewardship, analytical depth, and hands‑on improvement work. You continuously evolve the Quality Management System, ensuring alignment with ISO 9001 and other applicable standards, while working closely with business functions to translate quality requirements into practical, well‑governed processes.
No two days are the same. One moment, you may be preparing for an external certification or customer audit, acting as a trusted point of contact and advisor; the next, you are leading a cross‑functional improvement initiative, performing root cause analyses, or reviewing change requests to ensure quality and compliance are preserved during transformation.
Data plays a key role in your work. You regularly analyze quality KPIs, audit outcomes, and performance trends to identify risks, improvement opportunities, and strategic focus areas. Your insights inform decision‑making at senior‑management level and help shape the ongoing development of the quality and governance framework.
You work in close collaboration with colleagues across functions, regions, and cultures—coaching teams on quality principles, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and harmonizing ways of working. As part of a committed, international community, your expertise is valued and your contribution makes a visible impact.
With flexibility in where and when you work, you balance focused analysis with collaborative exchanges—both virtually and in our modern Siemens Energy offices—where dialogue, learning, and progress go hand in hand.
