This dual-impact role is critical for our expansion; you will be the architect of our Quality Management System (QMS) while simultaneously leading the seamless transition of business processes from various countries into our SSC.

Key Responsibilities
1. Quality Management & Excellence
- System Implementation: Design and deploy robust a Quality Management System across the SSC to ensure service consistency.
- ISO 9001 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning and execution required to achieve ISO 9001 certification in the medium term.
- KPI Management: Define, monitor, and report on Quality KPIs, ensuring they align with global business objectives.
- TLD Updates: Track and ensure all TLD updates are executed accurately and timely.
- Audit Planning: Develop and manage an internal audit calendar to identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement.
- Change Management: ability to plan, assess risk, implement, document, and communicate QMS changes while ensuring compliance, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement.
2. Migration Management
- End-to-End Transitions: Manage the full lifecycle of process migrations from countries to the SSC.
- Stakeholder Orchestration: Act as the primary bridge between country-level leadership and SSC operational teams.
- TOM Alignment: Ensure all migrations strictly adhere to the defined Target Operating Model (TOM).
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential bottlenecks in the migration pipeline and implement proactive solutions to ensure "business as usual" during transitions.
- Service Catalog Update: Ensure the Service Catalog Structure is updated and aligned with Migrations and TOM
Qualifications & Skills
Experience
3+ years in Quality Management, Process Improvement, or Project Management (SSC experience highly preferred).
Technical Skills
Proficiency in process mapping and presentation tools.
Soft Skills
Exceptional resilience, organization, negotiation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
Mindset
A "continuous improvement" DNA and solutions oriented approach
Languages
Proficiency in English is mandatory
