About the job
Regulatory and Conduct Project Manager will participate in various projects within the scope of Portugal International Markets Hub (PIMH) activity and this involves leading streams of a program such as strategic Regulatory and Conduct transformation projects and change managementYour Main Activities Are
Developing in-depth understanding of project scope and particulars i.e. timeframes, financials, outcomes
Coordinating project deliverables and producing relevant documentation and reports including committee materials with project team and key stakeholders
Sharing and managing relevant information with project team and key stakeholders on a regular basis
Developing training & awareness roadmaps at global level and ensuring their deployment with multiple stakeholders
Coordinate and manage Regulatory and Conduct certification processes and reports at business line level
Analysing any regulatory impacts on processes and updating and maintaining related internal documentation
Following up and managing the processes and tasks associated with Regulatory and Conduct projects
Providing support to Program Managers and business leaders when requested and jointly contribute to enhance processes
Profile and Skills to Success
Master’s in Business Management or Information Technology and Computer Science
From 3 to 4 years of experience in Project Management and Consulting
Proficient in Microsoft Office Pack (Excel and Power Point)
Fluent in English
Ability to manage a project
Ability to manage/facilitate a meeting, seminar, committee, training
Ability to understand, explain and support change
Ability to deliver/Results driven
Attention to detail/Rigor
