Description:

We are looking for Rehabilitation Medicine Specialists to work in France, where you will find stability, professional recognition, and a high-quality working environment.

Conditions offered:

• Permanent contract, approximately 39 hours per week.
• Minimum gross salary of €9,500 per month.
• On-call shifts paid in accordance with current agreements, depending on the institution.
• Approximately one week of on-call duty per month (nights and weekends), with possible in-person interventions.
• Based in the Île-de-France region.
• Executive status (cadre au forfait) – 213 working days per year.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the smooth operation of the rehabilitation service.
• Organise admissions according to the clinical condition of patients.
• Coordinate rehabilitation programmes with the multidisciplinary team.
• Ensure the quality of care and the proper management of medical records.
• Participate in medical committees and in the management of the centre.
• Contribute to PMSI coding and activity monitoring.

Requirements:

• Degree in Medicine.
• Specialisation in Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine.
• Significant experience in the field will be considered an advantage.
• Dynamic profile, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work as part of a team.
