Responsibilities:
* Ensure compliance with technical governance standards;
* Ensure alignment among development, architecture, and support teams;
* Coordinate all D365 platform deliveries, ensuring the adoption of best ALM practices;
* Mitigate risks and ensure the stability of environments, with a focus on the quality and reliability of releases.

Qualifications:
* 10\+ years of experience in Release Management or similar roles;
* Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Elimination Factor);
* Experience in managing release, deployment, and ALM processes;
* Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams;
* Experience in technical governance and quality control of releases;
* Fluency in Portuguese and English.
