Your Responsibilities:
Responding to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, representing the client with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Utilize your knowledge of automotive and digital products to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
Maintain clear and accurate documentation of customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall customer experience.
Staying updated on client's latest offers, policies, and services to provide customers with accurate and timely information.
Exhibit warmth and enthusiasm in every customer interaction
Requirements:
- C1/C2 level language skill
- Ability to work independently and/or in a team
- Problem solving-skills
- Good communications skills (both verbal and written)
- Positive attitude
- Ambitious
- English B2
Work Permit is required for NON-EU candidates
