Where is the work:

Field-based: Work is conducted on-site at customer locations.

Purpose: Ensures customer satisfaction by identifying, analyzing, diagnosing and repairing equipment and systems at customer’s location.Performs scheduled and unscheduled preventative maintenance, inspections, site surveys, and service requests.Repairs mechanical and electro-mechanical components of productive and non-productive equipment and machinery by making, repairing, adapting and/or adjusting parts and components as required.

Contributions: This role plays a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by servicing products and equipment on assigned projects. . Ability to diagnose system problems. Uses cutting edge software and technology, along with a variety of hand-tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units.
