About the role.

The Reporting Analyst plays a key role in delivering accurate, insightful reports that support business decisions and operational performance. This position focuses on daily reporting, ad hoc analysis, and sales performance tracking, while also ensuring accurate commission calculations for payroll.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and distribute daily reports on sales agent performance
• Develop and maintain reports to support business operations and management decision-making
• Collaborate with sales, CRM, and operations teams to understand and deliver reporting needs
• Calculate employee commissions on a monthly basis to support payroll processing.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native/fluent English(minimum C1)
• Previous experience in reporting, data analysis, or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis functions.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, BI tools, or reporting platforms
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling data.
