Your Role



Key responsibilities in your new role



As a Reporting and BI Senior Specialist, you will provide user support, training, and analysis for IFX reporting solutions, manage change requests, implement new reporting tools, and analyze data to drive business insights and improvements.

* Act as a Solution Owner for one or more global reporting solutions, with a focus on providing dedicated support to a specific region, ensuring seamless solution delivery, and driving business value through data-driven insights
* Be responsible for the Change Request management including documentation of the corresponding requirements
* Design and create standard reports/dashboards for the respective functions and functional areas and develop the reporting solutions with own ideas
* Collaborate with functional users to analyze and define reporting requirements
* Analyze data and business processes in the respective functional area to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
* Create training concepts and implement of training for the respective reporting solutions
* Develop the reporting landscape through the application of Smart Data methods (e.g. Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, Industrial Analytics) with the aim of enabling rapid learning, decision-making and increased productivity



Your Profile



Qualifications and skills to help you succeed



Results-driven professional with strong communication, analytical skills, and a customer-focused mindset. Excels in fast-paced environments, simplifies complex concepts, and drives business success through data insights and independent ownership.

* A degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
* At least 3 years of experience in a data science role, ideally from a business point of view
* Experience in working with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Denodo, or similar alternative tools
* Proven experience in delivering training sessions to diverse audiences
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Fluency in English is mandatory
