**Principais Responsabilidades**
* Gerir e desenvolver o território atribuído, assegurando o cumprimento e superação dos objetivos de vendas.
* Identificar e desenvolver novas oportunidades de negócio junto de clientes novos e existentes.
* Fortalecer relações comerciais estratégicas com distribuidores e clientes finais.
* Promover e lançar novas linhas de produto no mercado.
* Garantir elevados níveis de satisfação e retenção de clientes através de acompanhamento contínuo.
* Realizar visitas comerciais regulares e gerir negociações com decisores\-chave.
* Prestar suporte técnico\-comercial aos clientes.
* Participar em feiras, eventos e iniciativas do setor.
* Implementar estratégias comerciais com elevado grau de autonomia.
* Representar a empresa junto de parceiros e associações do setor.
**Perfil Pretendido**
* Experiência no setor de Automotive Coatings (preferencial).
* Forte orientação comercial e foco em resultados.
* Capacidade comprovada de prospeção e desenvolvimento de negócio.
* Competências técnicas na área de revestimentos automóveis.
* Bons conhecimentos de inglês.
* Excelente capacidade de comunicação, negociação e relacionamento interpessoal.
* Elevado sentido de responsabilidade e autonomia.
