Role Description:

The Reservations Agent will be responsible for answering phone calls and emails, making reservations, providing general information about the venues, ensuring excellent customer service and effective communication with guests and colleagues.

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English and Portuguese, both spoken and written
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Experience working in the hospitality industry is beneficia
