Job Description:

As the Manager, you will be the driving force behind the daily operations of our establishment. You will lead by example, ensure exceptional service standards, and foster a positive, efficient, and high-performing work environment for your team. Your mission: to guarantee guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and team motivation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all daily operations of the restaurant, both front and back of house.
• Actively support service operations on the floor, bar, and terrace during shifts. Supervise and participate in setting up and clearing the terrace at opening and closing, with the help of the team.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members to ensure a high level of service and cohesion.
• Ensure compliance with Léon brand standards, health & safety regulations, and hygiene protocols.
• Manage staffing needs, and labor cost control.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
• Ensure accurate financial transactions and assist in budget management and reporting.
• Cultivate a warm, welcoming atmosphere for both guests and staff.
• Represent the values of Léon and be a role model for your team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• High level of organization, autonomy, and problem-solving ability.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (French is a plus).
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to motivate and support a diverse team.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for customer service and attention to detail.
