The Role

As a Venue Manager, you drive the venues success by ensuring operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and team alignment. You lead by example — balancing strategic vision with day-to-day execution, creating a culture where quality, efficiency, and genuine hospitality thrive. With a calm and structured approach, you oversee all aspects of operations, guiding your team toward consistency, care, and lasting impact.

Your Key Responsibilities

* Maintain high service standards, ensuring guests have a positive dining experience and addressing any feedback promptly engaging with guests and fostering strong relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Lead and inspire the team, achieve operational targets, manage budgets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
* Develop and manage budgets by tracking revenue and expenses, optimizing labor costs, implementing upselling strategies, and adjusting spending based on operational needs to enhance profitability.
* Be prepared to handle unforeseen challenges, such as staffing shortages, supply chain disruptions, or customer complaints, by quickly assessing and addressing issues with effective, problem-solving solutions to minimize disruptions.
* Ensure the restaurant complies with health, safety, and sanitation standards by monitoring HACCP protocols, enforcing hygiene practices, and conducting regular audits to uphold regulatory requirements.
* Recruit, train, and motivate staff to work effectively and cohesively by leading candidate selection, implementing training programs, providing regular feedback, and fostering a positive, growth-oriented work environment.
* Ensure proper restaurant opening and closing procedures by overseeing cash handling, equipment shutdown, secure money storage, and accurate documentation of financial records.
* Collaborate closely with HQ to ensure the implementation of best practices across all venues.

What We Expect From You

* Experience: 3\+ years in hospitality with proven leadership and management experience.
* Skilled in FOH and BOH coordination, logistics, HR, and financial oversight.
* Inspiring, supportive, and decisive — able to motivate and align a diverse team.
* Charismatic communicator who connects easily with staff, guests, and partners.
* Strategic thinker with strong planning and analytical abilities.
* Deep understanding of HACCP, health \& safety, and operational standards.
* Fluent in English, with local language skills as a plus.
* Visionary, reliable, and guest-centric — leading with confidence and care.
