What you will do:
* Manage and drive commercial activity across a portfolio of agents.
* Ensure control and efficiency of agents’ activities by monitoring performance, including achievement of sales targets, while ensuring compliance with procedures and applicable regulations.
* Ensure agent teams deliver a commercial approach and customer service that maximizes both customer satisfaction and channel sales performance.
* Audit and train agents’ teams.
* Identify, propose, and implement projects and solutions aimed at improving efficiency and performance.
* Participate in the implementation of promotional campaigns and the launch of new products and services in coordination with other areas of the organization.

What are we looking for
* Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Management, or Economics.
* Minimum of 3 years of professional experience (experience beyond this will be considered an advantage).
* Experience in retail point-of-sale management, stores, or agent networks is valued, as well as knowledge of sales techniques and commercial team management. Experience in the energy or telecommunications sectors and experience in training monitoring will also be considered a plus.
* Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
* Results-driven mindset with strong focus on objectives and performance.
* Critical thinking, innovation, initiative, and proactivity are highly valued competencies.
* Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Spanish is considered a plus.
* Valid driver’s license and availability for frequent travel (mandatory).
