Let’s fuse creativity with technology together and build innovative solutions that actively change things for the better. * Design, deploy, and manage endpoint management solutions across Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms to support retail and e\-commerce operations * Configure and maintain mobile device management (MDM) and endpoint management platforms (such as Microsoft Intune, Jamf, or similar solutions) * Develop and implement device configuration policies, security standards, and compliance requirements aligned with organizational and regulatory guidelines * Automate routine endpoint management tasks using scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, or Bash) to improve operational efficiency * Manage device lifecycle activities, including provisioning, onboarding, updates, patch management, and decommissioning * Monitor endpoint health, security posture, and performance metrics; analyze data to identify and resolve issues proactively * Collaborate with IT security teams to ensure endpoint devices meet security standards and compliance requirements * Provide technical support and troubleshooting for endpoint\-related issues; maintain detailed documentation of configurations and resolutions * Manage Active Directory and identity management systems to ensure proper user access and device authentication * Coordinate with retail store managers and e\-commerce teams to understand technology needs and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency * Stay current with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and vendor updates in endpoint management * 3\-5 years of professional experience in endpoint management, IT infrastructure, or systems administration * Strong understanding of Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID. * Experience with Windows 11 and Windows enterprise configuration * Strong knowledge of device management, configuration, and deployment across multiple operating systems * Proficiency in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python, Bash, or similar languages) * Solid understanding of Active Directory, identity management, and network security principles * Experience with mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) * Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and service management tools * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple projects and priorities * Knowledge of patch management and software deployment processes * Familiarity with cloud\-based infrastructure and hybrid IT environments * Experience with device compliance and security monitoring tools * Understanding of retail technology infrastructure and operational requirements * Knowledge of e\-commerce systems and their technology dependencies * Familiarity with multi\-platform device management in enterprise environments - The Devoteam Group works for equal opportunities, promoting its employees based on merit and actively fights against all forms of discrimination.
