Mission:As a Room Service Waiter, you will be the face of ME Lisbon’s exceptional service, ensuring every guest feels valued and cared for. You’ll maintain our high-quality standards while delivering personalized experiences that exceed expectations.

What will you do?

* Deliver memorable guest experiences by anticipating needs and going above and beyond.
* Take orders and serve them to rooms with professionalism, accuracy, and care.
* Handle payments efficiently and securely.
* Follow instructions from your supervisor and take initiative when appropriate.
* Maintain full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
* Communicate guest feedback to management to continuously improve service.

What are we looking for?

* Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the luxury sector.
* Passion for quality and outstanding customer service.
* Fluent in Portuguese and English; additional languages are a plus.
* Knowledge of F\&B service, food handling, hygiene, and food safety.
