We are looking for a passionate Runner to be the backbone of our dining experience. You are the vital link between our kitchen and our guests, ensuring that every plate and beverage arrives with perfect timing and presentation. You aren't just delivering food; you are the bridge that keeps our service flowing seamlessly across the clifftop terrace, ensuring every interaction is as smooth as the Ericeira horizon.

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities

• Service Excellence: Ensure the swift and accurate delivery of food and beverages from the kitchen and bar to our guests. Maintain a keen eye for detail, ensuring every dish meets our high Aethos standards before it reaches the table.
• Dining Support: Act as the ultimate team player, assisting the service staff in keeping the dining room and pool area running efficiently. Monitor table needs, clear dishes promptly, and assist in resetting tables to ensure a welcoming environment for the next guest.
• The Art of Mise-en-Place: Support all service preparations, ensuring the dining area, stations, and poolside lounge are perfectly set and maintained. Keep service areas clean, organized, and stocked with necessary items throughout your shift.
• Smooth Operations: Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and hygienic workspace, strictly following all safety and service protocols. Communicate effectively with kitchen and floor staff to manage service flow during peak times.
• Team Synergy: Collaborate closely with the kitchen, bar, and waitstaff to ensure a seamless "rhythm" of service. Participate in briefings and training sessions, contributing to a positive, solution-focused "community" environment.
