Position Description

Role Overview
As an Operations Customer Expert I – Advertiser Support, you will assist advertisers in managing and optimizing their campaigns on a major social media platform. Your primary focus will be to enhance the customer experience by resolving technical issues, identifying and reporting bugs, and guiding users on how to effectively use advertising tools and features.
You will support clients after they have purchased advertising services, working as part of a dynamic, multilingual team dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction and campaign success.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality support to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) via multiple channels, including live chat, email, and phone
- Handle outbound calls when required, particularly for email cases, and when appropriate for chat interactions
- Deliver both pre-sales and post-sales support for self-service advertising products
- Offer expert guidance to help clients maximize the effectiveness and performance of their campaigns
- Identify recurring issues and trends, proposing proactive solutions to improve overall customer experience
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: €929 gross per month
- Two additional salary payments (paid in duodecimals)
