We are seeking a highly organized, data-driven Sales Administrator to join our development team in Portugal. This role is designed for a "power user" who excels at maintaining operational order in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for the heartbeat of our sales data while providing high-level administrative and project management support to our Sales Director.

What are we looking for?

• Data Specialist: Proven experience navigating and managing data ideally within Oracle/ Excel (or similar enterprise-level CRMs) is highly preferred.
• Organizational Powerhouse: You are someone who lives by your calendar and task lists. You have a natural ability to prioritize competing demands without losing focus.
• Analytical Rigor: You have a sharp eye for data discrepancies and a passion for "clean" reporting.
• Bilingual Proficiency: Professional fluency in English and Portuguese is a plus.
• Proactive Nature/ Iniciative
