Responsibilities

We are looking for high-energy, resilient and strategic Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to grow our teams at TeamViewer. You'll be the driving force behind our sales engine. Your primary goal will be to build a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities for our Account Executives by executing sophisticated outbound prospecting campaigns across email, phone and social channels. You’ll connect with potential clients, qualify prospects, and set the stage for our sales team to close the deal. This is your chance to be the first voice they hear and to make an impact right from the start.

  • Primary focus: Top of funnel (TOFU) activities, converting cold interest into warm opportunities.
  • Proactive Prospecting: Identify and research high-fit accounts and key decision-makers within our target market.
  • Multi-Channel Outreach: Execute daily outbound activities including cold calling, personalized emailing, and LinkedIn networking.
  • Discovery & Qualification: Conduct initial discovery calls to understand prospect pain points and determine if our solution is a strategic fit.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain meticulous records in our CRM to ensure no lead falls through the cracks.
  • Collaborative Strategy: Work closely with Marketing and Account Executives to refine messaging and targeting based on market feedback.
  • Continuous Learning: Become an expert in our product, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
Requirements
  • University or college degree in the field of Business, Marketing, or something similar is great, but not a dealbreaker.
  • Fluency in German and English is mandatory, further languages are a plus.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service, especially in the B2B world; SDR experience is a big advantage.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You can explain complex ideas simply and persuasively.
  • A "hunter" mentality. You aren't discouraged by "no" and thrive in a fast-paced, high-rejection environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM & sales enablement tools.
  • A desire to learn and a willingness to implement feedback immediately to improve your results.
  • The ability to build strong and lasting business relationships.
  • High energy and a positive attitude are always present.
  • Mastery of LinkedIn, crafting impactful emails, and confidently making phone calls are key strengths.
