Profitable since July 2025, Vroomly continues to grow and is expanding internationally. The team now has more than 120 employees, split between:

  • Paris (product, marketing, purchasing, supply)
  • Lisbon (operations, sales, customer care)

Today, more than 70 “Vroomers” work there, mainly in teams interacting directly with our customers: Sales & Customer Experience.

We are launching a new phase of our international expansion, starting with Spain from our Lisbon hub.

To achieve this, we are looking for a passionate sales professional, native Spanish speaker and able to speak French, who will take ownership of prospecting garages in the Spanish market.

The Role & Context

As part of Vroomly’s launch on the Spanish market, you will play a key role in building and growing this market — you’ll be on the front line of our expansion!

Your main responsibilities:

  • Actively prospect Spanish garages by phone (outbound)
  • Qualify inbound leads generated from our marketing campaigns
  • Deliver impactful pitches and spark interest among garage owners
  • Convert your calls into meetings with our Account Executives
  • Manage your pipeline autonomously and optimize your conversion rate
  • Continuously refine your sales pitch: objection handling, sales techniques, and closing

Our Sales Machine

A high-performing Sales team focused on business impact:

  • SDR: inbound & outbound prospecting, garage qualification, and initial closings. A true gateway to AE/GAE roles
  • AE: closing deals and onboarding garages through a sales cycle of around 3 months
  • GAE: growing already engaged garages and making them eligible for our V+ program through a \~3-month cycle
  • KAM: managing and developing a high-value premium portfolio (€6M GMV/year)

You’re our ideal candidate if:

  • You are native in Spanish and fluent in French and English
  • You have strong commercial drive and enjoy pushing yourself daily
  • You’re comfortable on the phone and can quickly build rapport

Bonus: Previous experience in phone prospecting or sales
