About the Role

We're looking for a Sales & Growth Leader to own our B2B & growth world — from the first conversation to long-term partnerships. You keep partners happy, bring new ones in, and make sure what gets promised actually gets delivered. This isn't a "send emails and wait" role. You build the system and own the results.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Client relationships - Own the full partner journey — orders, communication, satisfaction tracking. Be the person clients trust and want to call first.
  • New business - Identify and attract new partners strategically
  • Bakery coordination - Keep sales and production aligned in daily operations. Give the Head Baker clear priorities and track operations of the bakery.
  • Event & pop-ups - Coordinate market activations and pop-ups. Represent Etma's tone in every single touchpoint.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in B2B sales in the industry
  • Fluent in English & Portuguese
  • Warm communicator who's also structured and reliable
  • Ownership mindset — you notice what's broken and fix it
  • Comfortable with CRM tools, reporting, and tracking KPIs
  • Someone who brings solutions
