To strengthen our Sales Department, we are looking for a Sales Manager responsible for Northwest Spain and the Portuguese market, who will actively contribute to the development of the B2B business by turning commercial opportunities into successful, long-term partnerships.
The selected candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing the commercial strategy within the assigned territory, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing corporate clients. Due to the scope of the role, fluency in Portuguese is required.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue and market share targets in Northwest Spain and Portugal.
* Identify new business opportunities through active prospecting, market analysis, and lead generation.
* Proactively manage the sales pipeline, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and deal closure.
* Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
* Prepare regular sales performance reports and competitive market analyses.
* Negotiate commercial agreements with corporate clients.
* Monitor market trends in Spain and Portugal, adapting strategies as needed.
* Work closely with the Head of Corporate Sales on commercial planning and performance tracking.
Requisitos:
Minimum Requirements
* Languages: Fluent Spanish and Portuguese: professional-level Engilsh.
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B sales within the rent-a-car or mobility sector.
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
* Strong results-driven mindset with the ability to work toward ambitious targets.
* Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
* Availability to travel within the assigned territory.
