Johnson \& Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes and your employment would be governed by DePuy Synthes employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to you by DePuy Synthes at an appropriate time and subject to any necessary consultation processes.
We are searching for the best talent for Sales Representative based in Porto.
Purpose: You will be responsible for maintaining an existing customer base and developing surgical support, identify sales opportunities in strategic accounts across a number of territories. In this role, you will become an integral part of the sales team by providing support to several territory managers in servicing their customers and accounts.
Your key responsibilities:
* Create a tactical plan to achieve objectives through sales and servicing of multiple midsize hospital accounts in a prescribed territory.
* Conducts and implements market development and field marketing activities.
* Schedules appointments and makes preplanned sales presentations to customers.
* Demonstrate proper use of products to physicians.
* Contact potential new customers.
* Promote and coordinate professional education activities to enhance the knowledge of health care professionals.
* Make regular visits to customer locations to gather information on orders and market conditions. Performs contract and tender management activities.
* Develops customer and product focused presentation packages for sales.
* Prepare sales reports and documents as required.
* Follow up with customers to resolve any issues and ensure satisfaction.
* Provides input to sales forecast for business planning.
* Relays relevant market information to management. Identifies potential impacts to business.
Essential Requirements
* A Bachelor's or Graduate degree in Health Sciences like Nursing or similar
* 1-3 years of work experience within sales in healthcare industry is preferred.
* Surgical procedure knowledge, adequate to illustrate our product benefits is preferred
* Excellent listening, communication, and presentation skills
* Passionate, Purpose Driven and Proactive
* Advance-level computer skills, and the ability to multitask without the direct oversight of manager required.
* Analytical thinking and Results driven. Steadfastly pushes self for results
