SALES SOLUTIONS DATA ANALYST

YOUR ROLE
* Act as a strategic partner to the sales organization by transforming data into actionable insights.
* Enable data-driven decision-making through accurate reporting, forecasting, and analysis.
* Optimize sales operations by improving processes, tools, and data quality.
* Support scalable and consistent sales execution across teams and regions
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
* Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate key insights to stakeholders.
* Collaborate with sales teams to forecast sales targets, track progress, and adjust forecasts based on market conditions and business goals.
* Support the development of sales forecasts, budgets, and operational plans aligned with sales strategies.
* Identify inefficiencies in sales processes and recommend solutions to streamline operations, improve productivity, and enhance customer satisfaction.
* Implement best practices and standardized procedures to ensure consistency and scalability in sales operations.
* Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate and current sales data.
* Ensure data integrity, cleanliness, and compliance with data privacy regulations.
* Provide support to sales teams on CRM usage, data analysis tools, and reporting systems.
* Assist in training sales personnel on new processes, tools, and systems to enhance their effectiveness.
* Prepare reports and presentations on market and performance insights to support strategic decision-making.
YOUR BACKGROUND
* 2–4 years’ experience in Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or a similar data‑driven role.
* Strong analytical skills with proven experience using Excel and data‑visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
* Proficiency in SQL with the ability to query, clean, and manipulate large datasets (preference given to candidates with advanced SQL skills).
* Hands‑on experience working with CRM systems, with a strong focus on data integrity and process optimization.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
* Portuguese and English fluency
