Pernod Ricard Portugal is hiring a Sales Support Analyst.

Responsibilities:

* BI maintenance with Sell Out / Stock - On \& Off info
* Maintenance App Convivio: Backup with Business Analyst;
* Compile info in the calculation files of the Agreements / Promo Plans per Quarter Distributors \& Cash \& Carry vision GAP vs Budget;
* Off Weekly Top2 Report (Vol Sell Out performance) with competitor info
* Monthly report ON and Off supporting Reports and pptx updates
* Compile information needed to prepare for the RADAR filing:
* Consolidate Real Promo Plans by Customer; SKU and by Quarter in Off Trade and Cash \& Carry;
* Assist KAM in consolidating information for the Trade Terms Budget for customers and Trade Terms attainment.

Profile:

* Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Management or similar
* Previous professional experience data analysis
* Proficiency in Portuguese and English
* Solid Knowledge in Excel
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Exceptional Team Spirit
* Results driven and analytic profile
