Your mission will be…
- Building, mentoring, and developing a diverse team, managing process excellence and drive operational improvements, encouraging creativity in virtual and technology enabled selling approaches.
- Driving the collaboration with the broader field sales teams as well as other supporting and country functions, enabling team members to improve customer relationships.
- Coach your team on account planning, developing more efficient sales activities, and increasing sales revenues.
- Following external industry trends around Sales Support, Inside Sales, Virtual Selling, Digital communications, and team collaboration excites you.
We are looking for someone with…
- Personally, you score with team leadership and coaching experience, are motivated to be part of a fresh and innovative set-up, and want to build-up and manage a team.
- You are proud to work in Sales and inspired to see the vision for Sales come alive.
- You share our passion for (Siemens) technology, software, products, and services within the area of industrial automation and digitalization and smart infrasture. You understand their value and can help customers get the most out of our portfolio.
- You have experience with Sales and CRM tool, like Sie Sales, and are Curious about new technologies and trends.
- You have excellent listening skills and an outspoken, and open communication style also converting excitement over Phone or Video calls.
- Data analytics and understanding how to drive performance are your superpowers.
- Leads and coordinates Performance Review Meetings with the customer Supports the implementation of GBS WEA O2C roadmap/strategy in strong alignment with Business Line Management.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English is a must, proficiency in one of the following languages is a plus: French, Portuguese or Italian.
