Responsibilities: * Facilitate key Scrum ceremonies (daily stand\-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog refinement, reviews). * Lead Agile delivery for the development of an enterprise\-grade payment gateway platform. * Manage delivery planning, sprint tracking, and release schedules. * Identify and remove blockers and delivery risks. * Collaborate with Product, Engineering, DevOps, Security, and QA teams to ensure smooth delivery. * Manage and maintain the product backlog in Azure DevOps (epics, features, user stories, metrics). * Provide regular delivery updates to stakeholders and align expectations on scope and timelines. * Promote continuous improvement and Agile best practices within the team. Essential skills: * Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, or Agile Project Manager. * Experience delivering payment systems or high\-availability financial platforms. * Hands\-on experience with Azure DevOps for backlog and delivery management. * Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. * Familiarity with payment flows and security/compliance standards (e.g., PCI DSS). * Knowledge of cloud\-native architectures, APIs, microservices, and CI/CD practices. * Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Desired skills: * Experience with Azure cloud services. * Background in fintech, e\-commerce, or regulated industries. * Knowledge of scaled Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale). * Experience working with third\-party payment providers.
