ROLE

Reporting to the Accounting Manager, you will guide the required process and policy modifications that are necessary for prompt, worldwide, and smooth execution of the standards. You will have an important role in our company's accountancy, working with the team to achieve the goals for the monthly closing.
### WHAT YOU'LL DO

* Financial Ownership: Responsible for the full accounting cycle of a group subsidiary, ensuring accurate and timely month-end, quarterly and year-end closing processes.
* Reporting \& Analysis: Prepare accounting entries and provide analytical insights on financial fluctuations to support business understanding.
* Reconciliations \& Compliance: Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure alignment between operational modules and the general ledger, guaranteeing the execution of internal controls (SOX).
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a key point of contact for FP\&A, Tax, and Operational teams, proactively resolving bottlenecks to ensure a seamless information flow and process optimization.
* Audit \& Reporting: Coordinate external audit requests and support the preparation of the company's Financial Statements.
### WHO YOU ARE

* Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting or finance.
* At least 5 years of functional experience in accounting roles.
* Experience in IFRS and/or US GAAP is highly valued.
* Advanced knowledge in Excel (mandatory) and Power Query (plus).
* Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work under pressure and interact effectively with different departments.
