Senior AI Solutions Architect

Responsibilities

Design and deliver enterprise-grade agentic AI solutions, leveraging LLMs and integrating them with core business systems.

Define end-to-end architectures, ensuring scalability, security, and production readiness.

Build and orchestrate multi-agent AI systems and workflow-based solutions.

Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate real-world use cases into AI-driven workflows.

Integrate AI solutions with platforms such as ServiceNow, ERP systems, and data/analytics environments.

Ensure best practices in observability, logging, performance, and AI safety (e.g., grounding, guardrails).

Skills

Degree in Computer Science or similar areas.

5+ years of experience in software engineering, with strong backend development experience (Python preferred).

Proven experience designing and delivering Generative AI solutions in enterprise environments.

Hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT models) and agentic architectures.

Solid understanding of RAG, grounding strategies, and tool/function calling patterns.

Experience designing orchestrator and multi-agent systems (e.g., LangGraph or similar).

Strong experience with REST APIs, system integration, and authentication mechanisms (OAuth, Entra ID, RBAC).

Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, or ERP systems.

Experience with Microsoft Azure, including Azure OpenAI and container-based deployments.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions).

Fluent in English - written and spoken (mandatory).
