YOUR IMPACT

You will take ownership of key workstreams, including preparing and facilitating decisions on compensation levels, structures, and ranges for various Offices within the Europe and EEMA regions.

This will involve collaborating with stakeholders such as the Global Compensation Function (GCF) Centers of Excellence, Human Resources, Professional Development, and Finance, as well as contributing to strategic initiatives like redefining guiding compensation principles or assessing the impact of changes in career path architecture. Additionally, you will manage day-to-day compensation-related events (e.g., offers, role changes, mobility, departures), execute compensation cycles in People Central, and communicate compensation strategies to colleagues and leadership.

Your work will ensure that compensation processes are accurate, compliant, and aligned with the firm’s strategic goals, directly impacting the experience and satisfaction of our colleagues.

You will be based in Poznan as part of the European pre-Partner compensation team within the Global Compensation Function. This team collaborates across European Office clusters and Centers, leveraging insights from global Centers of Excellence to design and implement effective compensation strategies.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

5\+ years of experience in compensation or a related analytical or HR field

Stellar analytical capability and Microsoft Excel proficiency are a must

Very strong problem-solving skills and a strong sense of ownership, with the ability to create structure in ambiguous situations

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Expertise in rational decision-making based on data, facts, and logical reasoning

Exceptional time management to meet responsibilities in a complex and largely autonomous work environment

Excellent organizational capabilities, including the ability to initiate tasks independently and see them through to completion

Proficiency in maintaining accurate data and conducting audits to ensure compliance with GCF audit guidelines

Ability to work in-person (team schedules and office locations may vary)

Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English with the ability to adjust your style to suit different perspectives and seniority levels. German language skills will be an additional asset
