You will be responsible to::

• Lead in‑depth analysis of pharmaceutical markets, competitors, technologies, and customer dynamics.
• Anticipate external trends and strategic risks, assessing their implications for long‑term business direction.
• Leverage advanced analytics and emerging technologies (including AI) to synthesize complex intelligence from diverse sources.
• Translate sophisticated analyses into clear, actionable insights tailored to senior and functional stakeholders.
• Partner closely with internal Subject Matter Experts (e.g. R&D, commercial, strategy) to drive high‑value insights.
• Provide strategic input to late‑stage projects, technology assessments, competitive positioning, and IP landscapes
• Define and manage effective intelligence dissemination channels to ensure insights reach decision‑makers at the right time
• Develop high‑quality intelligence reports and thought‑leadership content to elevate organizational understanding
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and contribute to leadership discussions on business direction.
• Provide informal leadership, mentorship, and guidance across cross-functional teams and project groups as appropriate
• Operate with a high degree of autonomy while ensuring full compliance with GMP, HSE, and internal governance standards

We are looking to recruit a Candidate::

• University, or equivalent, qualification in Management, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics or similar field.
• Typically requires 5-8 years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics within a manufacturing envoirnment.
• Advanced knowledge of Business Intelligence, Data Analytics with the ability to solve complex problems.
• Experience with Pharmaceutical databases (e.g., PharmaCircle, Newport, Datamonitor, IQVIA(IMS), EvaluatePharma) and Chemical databases (e.g., Reaxys and Scifinder)
• Knowledge of chemistry and advanced knowledge on patents
• Fluency in English is a requirement
