Then this position is for you. As **Senior Business Analyst**, you will be responsible for analyzing, monitoring, and supporting reporting systems while ensuring production quality in our ecosystem: **Build side:** * Meet with stakeholders to identify needs and build User Stories * Propose and develop solutions for end users * Contribute to the validation of products with end users * Investigate and define proper fixes for issues * Participate in agile rituals and contribute to backlog prioritization * Support continuous team improvement initiatives * Understand Finance, Risk, and Reporting project concepts **Run side:** * Monitor monthly and quarterly closing treatment progress * React to and follow up on stakeholders’ requests and questions * Participate in production monitoring and support activities during closing periods * Be available for on\-call duty when needed (weekends, nights) * Document and release developments in production * Ensure support and incident resolution for internal clients **This is your background** You have at least 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Financial/Reporting industry. You enjoy analyzing complex financial data, supporting reporting systems, and contributing to agile project delivery.
