The project: We are delivering a landmark national infrastructure programme in Lisbon - a multibillion‑euro, multi‑modal transport investment that will shape the city for generations. To support this work, we are seeking an experienced Senior Cost Manager to lead and execute the project’s cost strategy.
You’ll be responsible for:* Managing feasibility studies and advise on procurement and value strategies.
* Overseeing estimating and cost‑planning to deliver robust final cost plans.
* Managing all procurement stages and contract preparation.
* Ensuring accurate contract administration, valuation and reporting.
* Producing and present monthly cost reports.
* Assessing design changes, variations and contractor claims.
* Guiding practical completion and final account processes.
* Mentoring cost‑consulting teams and drive continuous improvement and sustainability outcomes.

You’ll need to have:* Proven experience delivering cost management on major projects.
* Strong skills in cost planning, estimating and commercial analysis.
* Effective stakeholder engagement with strong communication and negotiation capability.
* Knowledge of contracts, risk, BIM and digital cost‑management tools.
