About the role
We are seeking a dedicated professional to serve as a Senior Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst embedded full-time for the rest of the year within our Cyber Defense team. This is a fully remote position operating within the EU timezone. This role requires a highly self-directed individual , as it is definitively not a junior or IOC-only seat. You will navigate strategic, operational, and tactical intelligence, with a distinct emphasis on the strategic level. By producing threat assessments that are highly contextualized to our business landscape, you will drive critical executive reporting capabilities that directly support our Director Security and high-level executive briefings.
What you will do:
Strategic Intelligence & Executive Reporting
- Produce comprehensive threat assessments specifically contextualized to our business environment and risk profile.
- Drive the creation and refinement of executive reporting capabilities to directly support the Director Security and executive briefings.
- Deliver recurring, high-quality analytical products to keep leadership informed of the evolving threat landscape.
- Leverage strong analytical writing skills to translate complex threat data into clear insights for executive audiences.
Operational & Tactical Intelligence
- Operate across operational and tactical intelligence domains, moving well beyond basic IOC-only tracking.
- Utilize proficiency in the MITRE ATT&CK framework to track, map, and analyze adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures.
- Actively utilize and navigate a specialized security stack, maintaining comfort working across CrowdStrike, Flashpoint, Blue Voyant, Bitsight, and Silobreaker.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Risk Integration
- Collaborate closely with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) teams to ensure effective risk integration across the enterprise.
- Work embedded within the broader Cyber Defense team to align threat intelligence with defensive operations and incident response.
What you bring:
- At least 3 years of dedicated Cyber Threat Intelligence experience, though 5+ years is highly preferred.
- A proven ability to be self-directed and autonomous in a remote working environment within the EU timezone.
- Strong analytical writing capabilities, specifically tailored for communicating risk and intelligence to executive audiences.
- Deep proficiency with the MITRE ATT&CK framework.
- Hands-on comfort and practical experience working with CrowdStrike, Flashpoint, Blue Voyant, Bitsight, and Silobreaker.
- A strategic, senior-level mindset capable of driving capability creation rather than just executing routine tasks.
AspenView does not provide visa sponsorship for this role. Candidates must already be legally authorized to work in their country of residence.
