Job Description *The* *Data Analyst* *is responsible for identifying opportunities for growth and improvement, and gather, analyze, and interpret data to help the organization to make better decisions. The Data Analyst also work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that we meet the needs of customers, and drive sales and profitability.*

Responsibilities:

* Gather and understand business needs and objectives.
* Identify and interpret patterns, trends, insights, business metrics from data
* Create data-complex dashboards with an optimized data structure and scaling perspective
* Assist in planning, forecasting and AB testing processes.
* Work with various product and business stakeholders to develop data-driven insights.
* Partner with the Data Engineering team to define and build reliable data sources.
* Identify new opportunities for the use of data across the company.



Qualifications

* Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, Power BI / Tableau, and other data analysis tools
* 4\+ years of experience in data, product analytics, data science or business intelligence, e-commerce experience is a plus
* University degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or a related field
* Proficiency in statistical analysis methods, data modeling, hypothesis testing, AB testing
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Fluent English
* Good communication skills, ability to communicate to both technical and non-technical audiences
* Applying expertise in analysis to see beyond the numbers and provide clear insights
