In this role you will:* Manage the full employee lifecycle, including contracts, personnel records, and the admission/dismissal processes.

• Oversee compensation and compliance by ensuring accurate salary processing and coordinating occupational health requirements.
• Drive talent development and strategic analysis through the implementation of training strategies and the evaluation of key HR indicators.

To be successful in this role, the following is needed:* A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related field.

• Demonstrated professional proficiency (C1+) in both Portuguese and English; working knowledge of Spanish (B2+) would be considered an advantage.
• A minimum of three years of professional experience within the Human Resources sector.
• Strong understanding and working knowledge of Portuguese labor legislation and experience in payroll tasks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications.
• Immediate availability to commence the role is preferred.
