Noesis is looking for professionals with the following profile:

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

* Manage and coordinate multiple IT projects related to cybersecurity, infrastructure and other technical domains;
* Ensure planning, execution and delivery of projects within scope, time and budget;
* Act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams;
* Monitor project progress, risks and dependencies, ensuring timely mitigation actions;
* Support decision-making processes through clear reporting and status updates;
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across different initiatives.

Requirements:

* Degree in Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field;
* Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT project management;
* Experience managing projects in IT environments, preferably with exposure to cybersecurity or infrastructure topics;
* Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall or hybrid);
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
* Analytical skills, problem-solving ability;
* Fluency in English (written and spoken).
