The project: Mace consult is delivering a landmark national infrastructure programme in Lisbon - a multibillion‑euro, multi‑modal transport investment that will shape the city for generations. We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Controls Manager to lead and execute the programme’s change management strategy.
You’ll be responsible for:* Championing a safe, inclusive and high‑performing culture.
* Managing delivery of PMO and Project Controls frameworks.
* Maintaining excellence in quality, cost, schedule and compliance.
* Managing multidisciplinary project controls teams.
* Supporting strategic development of the function.
* Building strong client and stakeholder relationships.
* Mentoring and grow team capability.
* Contributing to resource planning and knowledge‑sharing.

You’ll need to have:* Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent professional development.
* Extensive experience delivering large‑scale projects or programmes in a relevant sector.
* Deep expertise in property or infrastructure project management.
* Strong commercial and financial acumen.
* Proven leadership of large, diverse project teams.
* Experience working with senior-level stakeholders.
* Understanding of how carbon reduction and sustainability shape programme delivery.
* Deep expertise in project controls and change management
