Mission
===========

Responsible for the overall management of the project, from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control through to closure;

Ensure delivery on time, within budget, and with quality, guaranteeing compliance with agreed scope, timelines, and costs;

Define and maintain the project plan, including schedule, resources, dependencies, and milestones;

Ensure proactive management of risks, issues, and changes, identifying impacts and proposing timely mitigation actions;

Continuously monitor project progress, ensuring clear visibility of status and deviations;

Coordinate project teams, promoting focus on objectives, collaboration, and commitment to deliverables;

Ensure clear, regular, and effective communication with the client and other stakeholders;

Manage the client relationship within the project context, fostering trust and client satisfaction;

Prepare and lead key project ceremonies and milestones (kickoff, status meetings, go-live, closure, resource performance feedback, lessons learned);

Ensure preparation and execution of the handover to Support, guaranteeing proper transfer of knowledge, documentation, and responsibilities;

Participate, when necessary, in the preparation of commercial proposals in the role of Project Manager;

Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management methodologies, processes, and best practices.

Profile
===========

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information Technology or related fields;

Minimum of 4 years’ professional experience as a Project Manager, in product and/or software services environments;

Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills;

Solution-oriented mindset, with a holistic and integrative perspective;

High level of resilience and adaptability to demanding environments;

Negotiation skills and ability to build consensus among diverse stakeholders;

Strong communication, presentation, and client relationship skills;

Experience in people and team management, fostering alignment and collaboration.
