Each project is conceived as a long\-term, high\-quality asset, combining: * architectural excellence * best\-in\-class execution * sustainable long\-term value creation We operate through a club deal model, structuring each investment via a dedicated SPV (one SPV per operation). The company is entering a key phase of organizational structuring and accelerated growth, with a significant increase in activity expected from 2026 onward. **THE ROLE** You are responsible for the full technical and construction performance of all projects**.** You make decisions, select partners, solve problems, and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. **RESPONSIBILITIES** **Design \& Development** * Select and manage architects and engineering teams * Lead design development and technical decisions * Challenge and optimize technical solutions * Manage municipalities and public authorities (Patrimonio, APA, CCDR…) and approvals **Procurement \& Preparation** * Identify, select, and onboard contractors and service providers * Manage tender processes and analyze quotations * Contribute to budget structuring and cost control **Construction Phase** * Oversee day\-to\-day project execution * Ensure compliance with timeline, budget, and quality standards * Coordinate all stakeholders involved in the construction process * Anticipate risks and resolve operational issues **Client \& Stakeholder Management** * Act as the main point of contact for clients * Provide regular updates and reporting * Ensure alignment between all parties throughout the project lifecycle **CANDIDATE PROFILE** **Professional Background** * Graduate of a top\-tier business or engineering school * Initial experience (1–3 years minimum) in real estate development, project management / construction, engineering / architecture environments * Detail\-oriented, rigorous, and proactive * Entrepreneurial mindset * Strong understanding of the real estate development process end\-to\-end * Highly organized, detail\-oriented, and proactive * Strong interpersonal and coordination skills * Proven ability to deliver complex projects in non\-standardized, fast\-evolving environments * Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders, including banks, investors, architects, and advisors **Skills** * Fluent Portuguese – mandatory * Fluent English – mandatory * French is a plus * Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) * Comfortable using AI\-powered tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or equivalent) **Mindset** * Strong entrepreneurial mindset combined with rigor and structure * High attention to detail and uncompromising standards of quality * Ability to operate effectively in environments characterized by uncertainty and rapid growth * Genuine interest in architecture, design, and exceptional real estate assets **What You Will Gain** * Exposure to high\-end, design\-driven real estate projects * End\-to\-end responsibility on real operations * Direct interaction with clients and senior stakeholders * Fast learning curve in a growing and ambitious company Job Type: Full\-time Work Location: On the road
