The project: Mace Consult is delivering a landmark national infrastructure programme in Lisbon - a multibillion‑euro, multi‑modal transport investment that will shape the city for generations. We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Manager to lead and execute the quality strategy for this major programme, ensuring robust assurance, continuous improvement and best‑in‑class delivery standards.
You’ll be responsible for:* Delivering allocated business plan activities to time and budget.
* Managing internal audits and support external certification.
* Analysing non‑conformances and implement corrective actions.
* Enhancing and maintain management system content.
* Identifying process improvements and innovations.
* Providing quality reporting and expert guidance.
* Training teams and monitor supply chain performance.
* Supporting net‑zero carbon objectives through proactive reductions.

You’ll need to have:* Strong knowledge of quality management systems and ISO 9001\.
* Skilled in analysis, reporting and problem‑solving.
* Experienced in digital control tools and core project controls.
* Understanding of operational processes, industry standards and outsourced models.
