We are strengthening our team with the position of:
Senior Receptionist (M/F)
* Ensure front desk service, guaranteeing an excellent welcome to guests;
* Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and in a personalized manner;
* Provide information and promote the hotel’s services and experiences;
* Be knowledgeable about and promote all outlets and services within the property;
* Manage special requests, complaints, and suggestions, ensuring proper follow-up;
* Work closely with different departments;
* Ensure compliance with defined quality and service standards.
* Certified training in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or similar fields;
* Proven experience in the role, preferably in luxury hospitality;
* Good knowledge of Host software, Outlook, and Office 365;
* Fluency in English (mandatory); other languages will be valued;
* Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and attention to detail;
* Excellent communication skills, resilience, and customer-oriented mindset;
* Dynamism, proactivity, and autonomy.
