Your Role



As a Senior Sales and Marketing Operations Analyst, you will be a key partner to cross-functional teams, driving business intelligence and analytics solutions that support critical decision-making. Join a collaborative, diverse team deeply committed to enabling data-driven strategy and innovation across our regional and global organization.

Your main objective will be to develop, maintain, and optimize business intelligence processes and dashboards, ensuring accuracy and clarity in reporting, while actively engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.



Key responsibilities in your new role

* Lead analytics for Sales and Marketing and Distribution Bluebooks, focusing on end-to-end process ownership
* Collaborate with IT and reporting teams to ensure seamless integration of data sources and dashboards
* Develop and maintain data cubes and visualization tools that support business strategy
* Ensure quality assurance and accuracy of business intelligence reports
* Translate technical concepts into insights suitable for diverse audiences across business functions
* Propose and implement process improvements in analytics workflows
* Provide technical expertise on data-driven projects and build knowledge-sharing among team members



Your Profile



You have strong analytical and communication skills, enjoy working collaboratively with a diverse team, and are motivated by complex challenges. Bringing a hands-on approach, you strive for continuous improvement and value clear, data-supported decision-making.



Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

* A degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field (mandatory)
* At least three years of experience in business intelligence and data analysis, preferably in the technology industry (mandatory)
* Proven communication skills with ability to explain technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences (mandatory)
* Demonstrated understanding of business intelligence and data visualization principles (mandatory)
* Self-motivated, proactive, accountable, creative, and collaborative problem solver
* Fluency in English (mandatory); additional language skills are a plus
