As a Senior Java Engineer, you will work with cutting\-edge technologies and play a key role in designing scalable, flexible software architectures. You will also contribute to driving best practices in code quality, testing, and distributed systems. Responsibilities: * Act as a Senior Java Engineer, taking full ownership of complex technical tasks and ensuring effective stakeholder collaboration; * Lead the design and implementation of backend solutions using Java and Spring Boot, with a strong emphasis on performance, scalability, and reliability; * Support production environments by handling incidents (L3 support), performing root cause analysis, and facilitating postmortems; * Coordinate and estimate your work, ensuring alignment with technical strategy and team goals; * Contribute actively to software development within the support team, including product breakdown and agile delivery processes; * Guide technical discussions and decisions, mentor peers, and promote best practices within the team; * Proactively plan and manage your personal and professional development in alignment with the team lead; * Collaborate closely with cross\-functional teams to deliver stable, high\-quality software in a fast\-paced environment. Requirements:* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is mandatory; * Over 6 years of professional experience in Java software development; * 5\+ years of solid experience with Spring Boot; * Strong experience with SQL databases; * Deep knowledge of distributed systems and concurrency; * Experience writing clean, testable code with a focus on software architecture; * Strong communication skills, proactive problem\-solving mindset, ability to work well under pressure, manage priorities independently, and mentor others; * Experience with Cloud Native development, Kafka event streaming, Docker and Kubernetes container orchestration, and hands\-on Test Driven Development (TDD) is a plus.
