The Role
As a Senior Strategy Project Manager, you will operate at the intersection of strategy, technology, and execution. You will help translate strategic priorities into clear, structured initiatives and ensure outcomes are visible, accountable, and continuously improving.
You will lead and support cross-team strategic initiatives using strong project management fundamentals, driving alignment across complex organizations and senior stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone with solid knowledge of technology, strong foundations in Agile practices such as Scrum and Kanban, and hands-on experience working with teams to plan and deliver outcomes that matter.
You will work autonomously, influence senior leaders, and elevate how teams plan, execute, and communicate their impact. You will report to our Head of Delivery \& Strategy and collaborate closely with senior engineering, product, data, and business leaders.
What You'll Be Doing
* Lead and drive cross-team strategic initiatives using rigorous project and program management practices.
* Translate strategic goals into clear initiatives, roadmaps, milestones, and measurable success criteria aligned to company objectives.
* Define success criteria and ownership structures that keep initiatives on track from inception to completion.
* Partner closely with engineering and product teams to identify delivery challenges, remove blockers, and improve ways of working.
* Support teams in applying Agile delivery practices, including Scrum and Kanban, in a pragmatic, day-to-day context.
* Facilitate cross-functional planning, dependency management, prioritization, and governance forums.
* Identify risks, constraints, and misalignments early, proposing clear mitigation strategies and escalation paths.
* Prepare and present structured delivery status updates and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders and steering forums.
* Contribute to the evolution of delivery models, operating rhythms, and performance frameworks across the organization.
* Promote transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement across teams and initiatives.
* Coach and support project managers or delivery leads on delivery fundamentals and structured execution.
* Be a champion for AI adoption and work automation.
What You'll Bring
* 5\+ years of experience in Project Management, Strategy Project Management, Program Management, or a similar role in a technology-driven environment.
* Strong project and program management skills supporting cross-team or strategic initiatives.
* Working knowledge of Agile delivery practices, including Scrum and Kanban, and how teams apply them day to day on a Software Delivery Lifecycle.
* Experience structuring and tracking complex initiatives with clear milestones, owners, and progress visibility.
* Experience communicating and partnering with C-level, engineering, product, and business teams to identify delivery challenges and drive measurable improvements.
* Proven ability to drive alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders with competing priorities.
* Experience facilitating planning sessions, workshops, governance, or steering meetings.
* Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate delivery status into clear, actionable executive updates.
* You have an analytical mindset, powered by strong critical thinking.
* You're capable of using AI as a tool for growth, problem-solving and efficiency.
