We are currently recruiting a Shop Assistant / Retail Associate (M/F) for a retail store in Albufeira.

Responsibilities:

* Provide excellent customer service and assist clients in-store
* Support daily store operations and organization
* Handle sales transactions and operate the cash register (if applicable)
* Ensure product display, restocking, and merchandising standards
* Maintain a clean and organized retail environment
* Support customers with product information and recommendations

Requirements:

* Previous experience as a shop assistant / retail assistant / sales assistant (preferred)
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Good level of Portuguese and English (mandatory); other languages are a plus
* Team spirit, responsibility, and proactivity
* Availability for shifts, including weekends

Preferred residence: Albufeira, Salgados, Olhos de Água, Tunes, Boliqueime, Armação de Pêra, Paderne, and surrounding areas
