### What You Can Expect

### Over two exciting years, you’ll gain hands-on experiences and become an active part of your team’s daily activities. Through impactful projects in three customized assignments – including an eight‑month international placement – you’ll gain a deep understanding of Siemens Energy. A dedicated mentor will support you every step of the way, giving you the chance to explore different roles, engage in immersive experiences, and build a strong network with peers and industry leaders. As part of the team , you will work closely with a fast‑growing business and contribute to defining the digital strategy that will support its expansion.

### How You’ll Make an Impact

### As part of our Graduate Program, you are on the Siemens Energy team. You’ll share our purpose in energizing society by supporting customers with transitioning to a more sustainable world and work on real global issues, creating solutions that directly make an impact.

### * Conduct business analysis to understand requirements, gather insights from stakeholders, and support documentation efforts.
* Act as a strategic partner by collaborating across product lines—such as turbine engineering—and bridging communication with AI development teams.
* Contribute to cross‑functional projects, supporting digital transformation initiatives within the organization.

### What You Bring

### * Strong interest in AI, automation, digitalization, and process improvement
* Practical experience from internships or working‑student roles; up to 36 months of additional full‑time experience welcome
* A master’s or doctoral degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
* Ability to perform business analysis, work in agile teams, and collaborate across engineering and digital functions
* Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to connect business requirements with technical development
* Minimum 3 months of international experience, and excellent English skills with openness to international travel

### Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
