We’re looking for a Senior Data Scientist to develop and productionize analytics that improve healthcare affordability and outcomes. You’ll work across the full data science lifecycle from ingestion and feature engineering to modelling, validation, and deployment on privacy-sensitive healthcare data in cloud environments.

What You’ll Do

* Develop and deploy machine learning models on real-world healthcare data
* Build and maintain robust analytics pipelines using dbt and orchestration tools
* Partner with cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable insights and impact
* Apply strong privacy, security, and governance practices (e.g., HIPAA/GDPR)
* Support end-to-end MLOps workflows in production environments

What You Bring

* 5\+ years of experience in Data Science / Machine Learning, ideally with healthcare data
* Strong Python skills and ML libraries (scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.)
* Experience with dbt and orchestration tools (Airflow, Dagster, Azure Data Factory, etc.)
* Cloud experience (preferably Azure, but AWS/GCP also welcome)
* Solid understanding of MLOps / DataOps practices
* Strong communication skills and ability to translate data into insights

Nice to Have

* Experience with embeddings, retrieval, or evaluation workflows (RAG)
* Exposure to LLM applications in healthcare (summarisation, RAG systems)
* Graph analytics tools (e.g., Neo4j)
* Familiarity with ML monitoring tools (MLflow, Azure ML, etc.)
